Angela S. Burchett Joins Frost Brown Todd’s Real Estate Group

Frost Brown Todd LLC is pleased to announce Angela S. Burchett has joined the Louisville office as counsel in the Real Estate and Lending and Commercial Services practice group. She represents national lenders in connection with commercial real estate and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Burchett was a partner at Stites & Harbison PLLC.

Ms. Burchett received her law degree cum laude from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 1995, where she was a staff member of the Journal of Law and Education and her undergraduate degree in Accounting summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 1992. In addition, she is a founding member and former board member of CREW Louisville, Inc. -- Commercial Real Estate Women, an association for women in the commercial real estate industry.

Frost Brown Todd’s Real Estate practice group represents developers, owners, equity investors, home builders, lenders, governments and other real estate professionals in all aspects of real estate ownership, finance, development, management and disposition. The Real Estate group provides general outside counsel to a number of privately-held development companies in our region.  They also represent privately-held and publicly-traded corporations in the purchase, development, management, leasing and disposition of their extensive real estate holdings in partnership with in-house counsel and client real estate teams. The Real Estate group has a deep understanding of the real estate business and strives to provide our clients with sound legal counsel and practical solutions.  The group’s clients look to them to “get the deal done,” and work proactively to resolve issues and close transactions quickly.
