Frost Brown Todd Attorneys Elected to Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association Board

Frost Brown Todd congratulates associate, Colleen Tersmette on her newly elected role as secretary of the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association (CincyIP) and Todd Bailey on his election to the Board for a three-year term.

CincyIP is an association which supports and promotes the practice of intellectual property law in the Cincinnati area, including providing valuable continuing legal education to members. The CincyIP Officers and Board work to provide improved and expanded services to members including securing top-quality, nationally recognized speakers.

At Frost Brown Todd, Tersmette focuses her practice on patent prosecution in a variety of arts, including mechanical, electrical and medical devices. Previously, she has served as a law clerk and a control system design engineer for General Electric. In 2011, Tersmette received her juris doctor summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Bailey concentrates his practice in the areas of mediation and arbitration concerning commercial and intellectual property disputes. He is recognized in the Best Lawyers in America® for 2013 and selected for inclusion in the Ohio Super Lawyers® for several editions. Bailey also sits on the board for the Jewish National Fund.
