Kenjiro D. LeCroix Joins Frost Brown Todd
Kenjiro D. LeCroix joins Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office as an associate in the firm’s International Services Group.
LeCroix will focus his practice ontransnational investments, mergers and acquisitions, international business structures, distribution and agency agreements, and global personnel matters. In addition, he counsels Japanese companies operating in the United States to assist in the strategic structuring of their U.S. presence. LeCroix also assists clients involved in international business disputes.
LeCroix joins Frost Brown Todd from a litigation boutique where he was involved in a number of complex business litigation matters including false advertising, mass tort, product liability, antitrust, and privacy/security matters. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2011, where he served as an editor of the Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, he was also a judicial extern for the Honorable S. Arthur Spiegel in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and gained experience working as a law clerk for law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
