Three New Members Named in Frost Brown Todd's Louisville Office
Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members in the Louisville office. The new members are: Jay Baribeau, Christopher Johnson and Rebecca B. Mayton.
Jay Baribeaupractices in the firm’s corporate and business department where he focuses on complex commercial transactions, commercial real estate, asset-based lending, and project finance. He regularly represents institutional lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting and closing complex transactions on a national and international basis. In addition, Jay serves on the Board of Trustees for the Isaac W. Bernheim Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Museum of Art & Craft, and the Board of Directors of Dogs Helping Heroes.
Christopher Johnson practices litigation and represents a wide range of clients in a variety of litigation matters. He routinely handles bad faith cases, maritime matters, wrongful death claims, complex commercial claims, product liability actions, coverage matters, and multi-plaintiff mass tort actions.
Rebecca B. Mayton serves in the firm’s Lending and Commercial Services Practice Group. She has extensive experience representing clients in real estate and commercial lending transactions, including lease negotiations, loan workouts, and public finance transactions. Mayton serves on the Junior Board for the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies and has participated in the SOAR Leadership Program.
