Kevin Schiferl elected Vice President of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)

Joins national board; continues to serve Indiana Chapter

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) attorney Kevin Schiferl has been elected 2015 vice president of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Indiana chapter. He has also been appointed member of ABOTA’s national board.

Schiferl is a trial attorney with FBT in Indianapolis, focusing his practice in product liability litigation and mass tort, and defending corporations and individuals in personal injury claims involving automobiles and other consumer products. He is also engaged in the defense of professional liability and business claims. With over 100 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials and hearings, Schiferl is one of the Midwest’s most active litigators. Beyond his trial work, he maintains an active appellate practice, having been involved in more than 50 published cases from Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, West Virginia and Texas.  Schiferl has previously served as ABOTA Indiana treasurer (2014) and secretary (2013). He is listed in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers In America®, and recognized in the 2014 edition of Indiana Super Lawyers®.
