Hollins Brings Extensive Public Sector Experience to Frost Brown Todd Columbus Office

Frost Brown Todd LLC (FBT) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Gene Hollins to its Columbus, Ohio, office. Hollins joins FBT with a focus on the representation of public sector entities on a variety of issues, from competitive bidding and infrastructure contracts, zoning and land use, to drafting of new legislation. A 1988 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Law, he brings years of valuable experience and diplomacy skills to his role as a problem solver who puts emphasis on creating the most cost-effective solutions for his clients.

Hollins comes to FBT from Isaac, Wiles, Burkholder & Teetor and continues to act as Law Director/ Solicitor for Powell, Canal Winchester and Minerva Park, and as Assistant Law Director for Obetz. In these roles he advises clients on a wide range of local governmental issues: bidding, contracts and disputes, labor and employment matters, various administrative appeals and immunity matters, intergovernmental relationships, litigation, etc. As special counsel for several political subdivisions, he has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of local economic development initiatives. Hollins is an active member of the Westerville community, where he lives.
