Dan began his legal career working in the IT field, an experience he now draws on to help his clients anticipate and address their tech-related challenges, while working with them to capture value from technological innovation in the insurance industry. With a particular focus on the emerging “Insurtech” space, Dan is able to bridge the gap for clients looking to balance compliance considerations with the technology-based implementation concerns unique to large-scale enterprises. Prior to practicing law, Dan had a career with the military in defense contracting, during which time he held a top-secret security clearance and piloted drone aircrafts in support of Department of Defense initiatives.
