Brodi J. Conover
Brodi is an associate in the firm’s West Chester office where he practices in the area of government services. He brings a unique blend of experiences that enables him to serve his clients in a wide-array of litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Brodi clerked for the Honorable Justice R. Patrick DeWine on the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Before his clerkship, Brodi served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. In that role, he represented Ohio’s statewide elected officeholders and the State of Ohio in complex litigation in both state and federal court. Brodi gained extensive experience in a variety of civil litigation matters, including election law issues, First Amendment and other constitutional claims, and original actions. In addition, Brodi served as a member of the office’s Public Records Unit, where he helped draft and edit the annual publication of the Ohio Sunshine Laws Manual, advised and counseled state agencies on Ohio’s Public Records Act and Open Meetings Act, and conducted training sessions for Ohio’s elected officials, lawyers, and the public.
