Tim is a member in the Product Liability practice group in the Indianapolis office. Since being admitted to the Indiana Bar, the majority of Tim's practice has been devoted to civil litigation. Tim has significant experience in every facet of the litigation process and has spent numerous hours honing his trial skills before a variety of state and federal tribunals. Tim concentrates his practice in product liability litigation, premises liability litigation, toxic tort, and general tort litigation.

Tim earned his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 2007. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Purdue University in 2004.
