David is an Associate with the Regulated Business group in Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville office. He joined the firm in 2017, after participating in the 2016 Summer Associate Program. As a member of the franchise service team, his practice focuses on the wide array of issues that franchisors and franchisees may face in operating their business, including compliance with state and federal regulations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate formation and structuring.
David attended Vanderbilt Law School where he was active in the Law & Business Society and served as a coach of the undergraduate mock trial program. Prior to law school, David received two Bachelors of Science degrees from Miami University in Accounting and Finance. While still at Miami, David also completed his Masters of Accountancy. David plans to pair his knowledge of the fundamentals of business and legal training to serve a variety of clients in the corporate space.
