Holland P. Hawkins
Holland is an associate in the CMBS Lending and Servicing Group in the Louisville office, where she focuses her practice on representing institutional lenders with respect to commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to joining the firm, Holland served as legal counsel and assistant vice president for a fortune 500 title insurance company. She provided full legal support with respect to title curative matters, commercial and residential closing transactions, secured lending and foreclosure.
During law school, Holland clerked for the Honorable Rita M. Novak in the Circuit Court of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. She was associate editor of the International Law Review and a clinician for the Business Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Holland attended the University of Louisville where she double majored in Economics and Finance as a Woodford R. Porter Scholar.
