Biography

Briceโ€™s practice is focused on representing and counseling employers in all aspects of employment law including litigation, traditional labor work, and administrative hearings. Brice represents employers in labor claims before federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, and arbitral forums. He has experience in wrongful termination, wage and hour, and employment discrimination claims.

Brice has successfully served as first chair at both contract interpretation and discipline arbitrations. He has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board and defended clients through the unfair labor practice, ALJ trial, and NLRB appeal process. Brice also has experience in keeping the workplace union-free and counseling employers during collective bargaining.
