Bryan J.K. Sisto
Bryan joined Frost Brown Todd in 2019 an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. He focuses his practice on creditor's rights, preferential transfer, and fraudulent conveyance law, particularly in the utilities and logistics industries. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan served as the Career Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles M. Caldwell at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. At the Bankruptcy Court, Bryan assisted Judge Caldwell in administering and ruling upon Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases involving a national defense contractor, a large healthcare company, and a hardware supplier, among others. Bryan also has extensive experience with business and consumer Chapter 13 cases. Bryan leverages his experience at the Court to advise clients with a comprehensive approach to legal strategy and maximizing value of legal work performed.
