Carol A. Meisman
Carol is a paralegal in the firm's personal and succession planning practice group. With 15 years of experience as a paralegal, she has knowledge of all aspects of trusts and estate administration, including drafting of pleadings, filing estate, guardianship and trust matters in Probate Court, preparation and filing of estate tax returns and the transfer of assets to estate and trust beneficiaries.
Prior to joining the firm, Carol was a paralegal at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald and assisted partners and associates in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including but not limited to the preparation of probate forms drafting of pleadings, conferencing with magistrates and accountants at Probate Court; estates and trust filings at Probate Court; asset transfers, preparation of estate and trust accountings; preparation of Federal estate tax and state estate inheritance tax returns.
Other previous experience includes the preparation and filing of Fiduciary income tax returns and assisting in all aspects of the residential real estate closing process.
