Greg is the Member-in-Charge of the Florence (Northern Kentucky) office of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in corporate law, business succession planning, commercial law and administrative law. He represents a wide variety of businesses, including many family owned companies, counseling them on various corporate-related matters such as contracts, covenants not to compete, government incentives, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and succession planning. In addition, he is a member of the firm's Advancement Committee.
