Hampton D. Crow, Jr.
Hampton is a senior associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securites (CMBS) practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on a variety of real estate and commercial financing matters, where he represents private investors, funds, institutional lenders, and investment banks in portfolio loan originations and securitizations; mezzanine, subordinate and asset-based financing; revolving and term loan credit facilities; and the formation and financing of real estate joint ventures. Hampton has worked with domestic and international clients to finance properties across the United States encompassing virtually all asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, franchise properties and condominium regimes.
