Katharine B. Fischman
As an associate in Frost Brown Todd's Nashville office, Katharine practices in the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. She is a Nashville native who joined the firm in 2017 after graduating from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
During her time in law school, Katharine was the senior managing editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. She also served as director of outreach for the Protective Order Project, helping domestic violence survivors obtain civil protective orders.
Katharine previously worked in Nashville as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Joe B. Brown, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and as a research assistant for the public relations firm, McNeely Piggot and Fox.
