Kristen A. Elia
Kristen is an Associate in the Business Combinations and Capital Transactions practice group and is part of the International Services Team. Her practice focuses on a range of corporate issues for international and US-based clients, including business formation, corporate governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kristen earned her B.A. in English from Lyon College in 2015, summa cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2018, magna cum laude. While in law school, Kristen worked as an extern for the Irish Centre for Human Rights in Galway, Ireland. Kristen is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and is based in the Cincinnati office of Frost Brown Todd. Prior to joining FBT, Kristen worked at the firm as a summer associate in 2017.
