Neal has represented employers in single plaintiff and class and collective action litigation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the American’s with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act and various other federal and state employment laws. He also regularly advises employers on compliance with laws governing hiring, discipline, compensation, termination and other employment practices. 

Neal's experience includes defense verdicts in jury trials and arbitrations, defense victories in appellate courts, summary judgment and motion to dismiss dismissals in federal and state courts and dismissals in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission and various other state and federal agencies. 

Neal has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star" -- an honor bestowed upon the top 2% of Ohio attorneys as voted by their peers.

Neal earned his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in psychology, with a minor in economics. He earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. While at Boston College, Neal co-founded and chaired the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA). Neal also was a visiting student at Northwestern University School of Law for his third year of law school.
