Terry is a member of the law firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC in its Indianapolis, Indiana office where he is the Construction Group Practice Area Chair.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and surety law.  Terry is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (past member of the Board of Governors).  His practice includes contract review and negotiation, contract preparation, risk management, litigation, claims avoidance and general construction advice to all participants in the construction industry.  Terry is a frequent speaker for construction and commercial groups, and has lectured and written numerous articles for several industry groups and professional organizations in the construction industry.  Terry is also a mediator and arbitrator of construction cases.  He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on  Construction Law (former Chair, former Chair of Technology Committee; and former member of Governing Committee), TIPS Fidelity/Surety Law Committee, and Construction Litigation Committee.  He was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, 2005-2015.  He received a B.A. from Denison University and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.
