Municipal Ills Create Health Care Investment Opportunities

It's been more than two years since The Economist magazine ran its cover illustration about the problems facing state governments in the U.S. The cover -- British humor at its best -- showed a U.S. map with state names changed ever so slightly to reflect financial distress. Some favorites included Utahaargh!, Creditcutt, Debtaware, and the large southern state comedically redubbed "Taxes."
