In November of 2007, Frost Brown Todd's Data and Information Security Law Practice Group held a "Continuing Law Education" seminar at Churchill Downs Kentucky Derby Museum.

The seminar focused on several data privacy issues from state judicial and legislative updates to international data privacy considerations. Additionally, Representative John Yarmuth provided an approximately 10-minute video speech about the wide array of cyber privacy issues that Congress is currently considering.
