If you do business with the federal government, you need to be familiar with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the various laws that it administers, and what you need to do to be in compliance with those laws. Join us for a discussion of the fundamentals of OFCCP compliance, including coverage issues, the elements of affirmative action programs for covered contractors, applicant tracking and record keeping requirements, and what to expect during an OFCCP audit. We will also talk about recent trends and developments in OFCCP enforcement and offer our thoughts on what we expect to see from OFCCP in the months ahead.

Jay advises and represents employers on all aspects of employment law, with particular emphasis on OSHA matters and on litigation involving discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful discharge, and whistleblower claims, as well as actions to enforce non-compete and other restrictive covenant agreements. His OSHA practice includes advising employers on compliance with safety and health standards, representing employers during on-site OSHA investigations, and handling OSHA litigation matters for employers in a variety of industries. Jay has experience in all phases of civil and administrative litigation and routinely practices before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state and federal courts across the country. Jennifer A. Rulon

Jennifer concentrates her practice in employment litigation in federal and state courts, as well as before governmental agencies such as the EEOC and OFCCP. In addition to litigating claims, Jennifer also frequently advises clients on issues related to affirmative action plans, including preparing plans, planning for and defending OFCCP audits, and conducting compensation analyses.
