Beau F. Zoeller
Beau is a managing associate in Frost Brown Todd's Louisville and Indianapolis offices. He assists government entities and financial institutions with various aspects of finance, lending, economic development and redevelopment initiatives. Beau has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, purchaser's counsel, trustee's counsel and special tax counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including general obligation and revenue bonds, special taxing district bonds, tax increment financings, economic development bonds and other financing structures. He has handled many commercial loans, equipment loans, and other financings for both borrowers and lenders, and also worked on numerous development and redevelopment projects. Beau also provides other legal support for government entities and regulated business, including those in the transportation and logistics industry and multifamily housing industry.
