Alison has served as a review team leader, being a liaison among reviewers, lead attorneys and trial teams to assure timely and thorough analysis of potentially material issues and related evidence. Alison has worked on more than two dozen matters with the EDD Group, including disputes involving the real estate, medical device, automotive, and healthcare industries.

Alison has also served as a conflicts attorney at FBT. In this role, she helped create and implement the firm’s new business intake process, focusing on a variety of legal ethics, compliance and risk reduction matters, and drafting complex engagement letters and conflict waivers. Alison played a key role in the analysis and clearance of lateral conflicts issues related to offices in the firm's expanding geographic footprint.
