Biography

Before Deborah’s retirement from the active practice of law in December 2023, she represented management in the areas of employment discrimination and wrongful discharge.

Her practice was devoted not only to defending companies in litigation but also to developing litigation-prevention strategies through advice and counsel and in-house training programs. She is included in the Best Lawyers in Americaยฎ, and Chambers USAยฎ (2020) describes her as having a โ€œgreat presence in front of a jury.โ€

Although Deborah has retired from the active practice of law and from litigating cases, she remains eager to assist employers with internal investigations and training needs (groups and individuals).ย  She also is available to provide mediation services in personnel disputes.
