Nicole Tepe, Ph.D.
With over a decade of patent experience, both as outside counsel and as in-house counsel for a leading consumer products company, Nicole has significant expertise in patent drafting and prosecution for biological and medical technologies, including methods of treatment, diagnostics, pharmaceutical compositions, and delivery of pharmaceuticals. In addition, Nicole assists clients in building a patent portfolio, strategically protecting their inventions, and improving the likelihood that new technologies and products are successfully commercialized.
